Rogue Offroad Africa Rally Competitions – General Rules

These promotional competitions are run by Rogue Offroad during the Africa Rally event period.

By entering any competition, participants agree to these rules and the decisions made by the organisers.

General Entry Rules

1. Entry is open to any private individual of any nationality, but prizes will only be delivered to a natural person at a South African address, including payment into a bank account registered with a bank in South Africa.
2. VALIDATION 1: Following
   • Participants must follow the Rogue Offroad Facebook page before closing time of the relevant competition round.
3. VALIDATION 2: Value of donations
   • STANDARD INTERIM COMPETITIONS
     • Prizes and drawing times are announced from time to time on Facebook.
     • Minimum R 100-00 donation to qualify.
     • Each additional R 100-00 provides you with an additional entry.
     • All entries count for all competitions closing after the donation time of each R 100-00 donated.
   • GRAND PRIZE COMPETITION

• R 35 000 cash plus a 2-day breakaway at Berchtesgaden for 8 people, valued at R 17 500-00, total R 52 500-00.

1. • • Minimum R 500-00 donation to qualify. This can be one or more donations, as long as they add to minimum R 500-00 and they must be identifiable as matches from the same email address.
     • Each additional R 250-00 provides you with an additional entry.
     • All entries also count for all Standard Interim Competitions closing after the donation time of each R 100-00 so donated as part of your R 500-00 or more donation.
   • TREASURY HUNT
     • Mystery competition with its own rules to be announced later.
2. VALIDATION 3: only for the big prize of R 52 500-00.
   • Like, share and Tag a minimum of 5 Facebook friends on any of our posts before the closing date.
3. Anonymise entries do not qualify.
4. Winners of interim competitions will be selected via the criteria selected specific to that competition in its respective Facebook campaign.
5. All competitions making use of lucky draw will be run via an independent software-driven random selection process developed by a third party on Facebook, with the Grand Prize draw broadcast live on Facebook.
6. Prizes:
   • are transferable only if the organizers are satisfied that it had indeed been transferred. Winners will be consulted on this aspect.
   • may not be exchanged for cash,
   • and will be delivered free of charge to a South African address, or paid into a South African bank account, within 7 working days where reasonably possible.
7. Values and specifications are provided by sponsors, products and services to be delivered / rendered by sponsors: we have no control thereover and we do not accept liability for errors, omissions or non-delivery. In the unfortunate event that this happens, we will do our utmost to substitute with a prize of similar value.
8. Winner’s names will be published in social media.
9. Where winners need to claim prizes directly from donors, e.g. gym membership, fragrance choices etc., prizes must be claimed with the sponsors on or before 30 September 2026 and, where dependant on usage, e.g. luxury breakaway, it must be used by 30 November 2026. We will provide you with the necessary detail.
10. Rogue Offroad reserves the right to change future rules and to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, automated or suspicious entries.
11. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, or refuses/fails to provide delivery details, a new winner may be selected.
12. Competitions may be amended, postponed or cancelled if required by circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control.
13. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
